30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unopened and unused (sealed vial with cap and label intact)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of research chemicals, the following are NOT eligible for return:
- Opened or used products — once a vial seal is broken, the product cannot be returned
- Bacteriostatic water that has been punctured or used
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
- Custom or special-order products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or failure to follow storage instructions
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at contact@axonlabsco.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@axonlabsco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When reporting a damaged or incorrect order, please include:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Order number
- Description of the issue
Retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@axonlabsco.com.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
CHARGEBACKS
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all customer concerns. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
