DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

Axon Labs currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Axon Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@axonlabsco.com.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package/product (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Axon Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
